Richard Sturn is a Joseph A. Schumpeter Professor for Innovation, Development and Growth Director of the Institute of Public Economics at the University of Graz and Director of the Graz Schumpeter Centre at the University of Graz. His research interests are Public Finance Philosophy and Economics. Richard Sturn serves as an important consultant for economic matters and complements the CLP-team with his expertise.
